Stay Mobile

Your apartment in Hannover will keep you mobile throughout Germany! If a move to Munich, Potsdam, Hamburg or Frankfurt is pending, we offer you an apartment in our other apartment houses, to which you can easily move. Smoothly, without stress and without double rents. Just tell us in time and we will check the availability in the other apartment houses for you.

Laundry

A clean affair! You will find state-of-the-art washing machines and dryers in our laundry room. 24 hours a day – 365 days a year. Wash when you like!

WLAN

You’ve moved into a new apartment, and have to wait three weeks for internet connection? Not at Chic7! When you move in, the WLAN router is already installed and ready to use!

Bicycle Parking

Would you prefer to cycle to Maschsee, to drive by car to the university? From Chic7 you are in 30 minutes on the largest waters of the Lower Saxony capital. And to make sure your bike is protected and safe, there is plenty of free bicycle parking in the underground car park.

Outdoor Parking

Parking in the city can be annoying. You should not have to spend your time with it in Hannover. When renting an apartment you can rent a parking space (25 €/mo.).

Common Room

A place to meet for when your apartment is not enough. For a small deposit this room is available to you at any time – if you leave it tidy you will get your money back, of course!

A bit of nature right outside your door! Perfect for running, cycling or hanging out in summer.
